If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right — whether that means a return, exchange, or warranty support. This policy outlines the process clearly to ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
1. Exchange Eligibility
1.1 Products purchased through Algorithm are eligible for exchange according to the warranty terms of the respective brand.
1.2 Customers must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to initiate an exchange.

1.4 After receiving your request, Algorithm will verify the issue and may guide you to the nearest authorized service center or provide further instructions, depending on the brand's process.
2. Reporting Damages or Defective Items
2.1 All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
2.2 Any product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported to Algorithm within 24 hours of delivery.
2.3 To process your claim, please provide:
A clear unboxing video
Photographs showing the item and its packaging
2.4 Submit this evidence to our official WhatsApp number within 24 hours of receiving the item.
2.5 Claims submitted without valid proof or after the 24-hour period may be denied.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refunds are only applicable if the product eligible for exchange is unavailable for replacement. After inspection, our support team will initiate the replacement or refund process within 5–7 working days.
3.2 If a replacement is available, a refund will not be issued.
3.3 Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method, subject to verification.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 For most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4.2 In eligible cases, Algorithm may arrange a reverse pickup at its discretion.
5. Product Condition for Return
5.1 Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
5.2 Algorithm reserves the right to reject returns if the item is found to be used, physically damaged (unless covered by warranty), or missing original components.
6. Warranty Claims
6.1 Products may come with manufacturer warranties that vary by brand and product.
6.2 Please refer to the individual product page for detailed warranty terms before purchase.
6.3 For third-party brands, warranty services must be availed directly from the manufacturer or authorized service centers.
6.4 Algorithm acts only as a retailer and facilitator and is not liable for delays or disputes in service from third-party brands.
6.5 Warranty claims for Algorithm’s in-house brand will be handled directly by Algorithm, in accordance with the warranty terms stated on the product page.
7. General Terms
7.1 Algorithm reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on our website.
7.2 All claims are subject to verification and approval by our customer support team.
7.3 This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ahmedabad.
